Working Principle

The Turn Table operates through a rotating stainless-steel disc, which gently moves bottles in a circular motion. When used as a feeding table, the operator manually loads bottles onto the rotating disc. The bottles are then directed onto the conveyor in an upright and orderly fashion.

When used as a collection table, finished bottles from the production line are received on the rotating surface and collected for packing, inspection, or manual handling. Guide rails help ensure that bottles move in a controlled manner and do not fall or jam.
