Working Principle

  • Bottle Infeed: Bottles are transferred via conveyor and precisely positioned under the capping heads using a star wheel or indexing system.
  • Cap Feeding & Placement: Caps are automatically sorted and directed through a chute to the capping heads, which pick and place them over the bottles.
  • Capping Operation: The capping head (servo or clutch-operated) securely tightens the cap with controlled torque to avoid damage or leakage.
  • Bottle Discharge: Capped bottles are released smoothly onto the outfeed conveyor for further operations like labeling or packing.
