SALIENT FEATURES :

RINSING SECTION :

  • Bottle grippers are made of SS 304 with machining for CNC machine.
  • Rinser jet valve body is made of SS 304.
  • The opening of the rinsing nozzle occurs when the bottle is placed over the rinsing jet and turned 180 degrees by a mechanical cam.
  • Bottle rinsing with liquid recovery for re-use.
  • No Bottle, No Rinsing arrangement.

FILLING SECTION :

  • Gravity filling mechanism suitable for room temperature.
  • Tank is made of SS 316 with internal polished mirror finish.
  • The filling nozzle is made of SS 316 & SS 304.
  • No Bottle, No Fill arrangement.
  • The filling nozzle seals are made of food-grade silicon rubber.
  • The bottle gripper is made of SS 304.

FILLING SECTION :

  • Capping section suitable for application of screw-on caps.
  • Hopper for mechanical cap feeder passes the caps into the distributor chute.
  • Sensors are provided to detect the caps in the chute.
  • Individual cap washing arrangement is fitted on the chute.
  • No Bottle, No Cap system is provided.
  • Accurate torque setting for capping head.

Working Principle

  • Rinsing:
    Empty bottles are transferred to the rinsing station where they are inverted and flushed with filtered water or air to remove contaminants.
  • Filling:
    Clean bottles move to the filling station where a volumetric, gravity, or servo filling mechanism fills the liquid into the bottles with precise volume control.
  • Capping:
    Filled bottles proceed to the capping station where caps are automatically placed and tightened using a torque-controlled capping head. Rejected bottles (if any) are ejected automatically.

All three stages are PLC-controlled and monitored through an HMI touchscreen interface for setting parameters, adjusting speeds, and real-time status display.
