The Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine with Tunnel is a high-performance packaging solution engineered for bundling and wrapping bottles, cans, jars, cartons, or other containers in a tight, protective plastic film. After wrapping, the product bundle passes through a shrink tunnel, where heat causes the film to shrink tightly around the package, forming a secure, tamper-evident, and transport-friendly unit.

This system is widely used in beverages, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, household products, food and dairy, and chemical industries, especially for secondary packaging of multiple units.

Working Principle

  • Product Infeed: Bottles or containers move on a conveyor to the collation zone.
  • Grouping: The machine automatically arranges the products into the desired matrix (e.g., 6, 12, or 24 packs).
  • Film Wrapping: The film is pulled from a roll and wrapped around the group.
  • Sealing & Cutting: A hot knife sealing system seals the film and separates each wrapped pack.
  • Heat Shrinking: Wrapped packs move through a shrink tunnel where hot air shrinks the film tightly.
  • Cooling & Discharge: Packs cool down and exit the machine, ready for secondary packaging or dispatch.
