The Automatic Flow Wrapping Machine is a versatile and high-speed packaging system designed to wrap individual products in a continuous flow of film. Widely used in food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, stationery, and hardware industries, this machine delivers airtight, ttractive, and tamper-evident packaging for products like biscuits, chocolates, soaps, syringes, surgical items, and more.

With servo-controlled technology and PLC-based automation, the machine ensures smooth operation, precise sealing, and minimal product waste. Its horizontal wrapping style and adjustable forming box allow for a wide range of product sizes and shapes to be packed efficiently. It supports various packaging materials such as BOPP, laminated film, polyethylene, and heat-sealable films.

Working Principle

Product Feeding: Products are aligned on an infeed conveyor.
Film Unwinding: Wrapping film is pulled over the forming box to envelop the product.
Longitudinal Sealing: The film edges are sealed beneath the product with heated rollers.
Cross Sealing & Cutting: The product is sealed and cut at both ends.
Discharge: The finished packs move to collection or carton-packing area.
