Working Principle

Tubes are loaded into a tube holder on a rotary indexing turret. A sensor detects the tube’s mark for orientation. The product is filled into the tube through a nozzle, after which the tube is sealed using a hot air system or mechanical crimping (depending on tube type). Sealed tubes are then ejected automatically to the discharge chute. The entire operation is controlled via a central PLC and HMI interface, allowing recipe settings and diagnostics.
