The Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator with Shrink Tunnel Machine is a highperformance labeling solution designed to apply PVC, PET-G, OPS, or PLA shrink sleeves on a variety of containers—round, square, oval, or uniquely shaped bottles and jars. This system is widely used across beverage, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, dairy, nutraceutical, and FMCG industries for full-body shrink labeling or tamper-evident neck banding.

This machine provides precise sleeve placement, followed by a high-efficiency heat tunnel that shrinks the sleeve uniformly around the container, ensuring a wrinkle-free, tight fit that enhances shelf appeal and provides tamper evidence.

Working Principle

  • Bottle Feeding: Bottles are automatically fed through a synchronized conveyor.
  • Sleeve Dispensing: A roll of shrink sleeve film is unwound, cut to length, and applied over the bottle using a servo-controlled knife system.
  • Sleeve Placement: The sleeve is dropped over the bottle at the designated position (full or partial body).
  • Shrink Tunnel Operation: Bottles pass through a heat shrink tunnel (electric or steam), where the sleeve shrinks and tightly conforms to the bottle shape.
  • Discharge: Finished bottles exit the tunnel and are ready for packing or labeling.
