Working Principle

  • Bottle Feeding: Bottles are automatically fed onto the conveyor and accurately positioned under the capping head using a star wheel or indexing mechanism.
  • Cap Feeding: ROPP caps are oriented and fed from a cap feeder (bowl or elevator) into the chute.
  • Capping Operation: The bottle holds position while the rotating capping head descends to seal the ROPP cap, forming threads and knurling with precision.
  • Discharge: After sealing, the capped bottle is smoothly discharged onto the next conveyor stage for labeling or packing.
