Tablets or capsules are fed into vibrating tracks from a hopper. The product moves down through multi-channel vibrating trays, where they are individually sensed and counted using photoelectric sensors. Once the preset count is reached, the filling head dispenses the product into the bottle positioned beneath it. Bottles are automatically indexed in and out using a conveyor or star wheel mechanism.
