Working Principle

The machine uses a servo-controlled auger screw that rotates inside a hopper to dispense powder into containers. The servo motor ensures precise rotation of the auger according to the programmed fill weight. Bottles are indexed beneath the filling head via a conveyor or star wheel mechanism. The system supports fill-by-weight or fill-by-rotation control, depending on product requirements and configuration.
