SALIENT FEATURES :

  • SS 304 Body Structure and MS base Plate with SS cladding or hard chrome plating of all exposed parts to ensure long life and resistance against corrosion.
  • Elegantly designed and constructed to meet the customer’s requirements.
  • Two Inversion blocks provided, one at the beginning to feed bottles in an inverted position and the other at the outlet to upright the inverted bottles after cleaning.
  • The machine operates on the linear principle with “INVERTER” mechanism and requires manual loading and automatic unloading of bottles.
  • Cleaning Chamber provided to safeguard the product from cross contamination with the help of compressed air applies through jet & also sucks dust particles through vacuum.

Working Principle

Bottles are automatically fed into the machine via an infeed conveyor. A synchronized gripping mechanism inverts the bottles upside down. A timed blast of compressed air is blown into each inverted bottle through a specially designed nozzle while a vacuum system simultaneously sucks out dust and foreign particles.

The cleaned bottles are then uprighted and transferred to the next stage of the production line, such as filling or inspection
