Working Principle

Container Feeding: Bottles are fed through a conveyor system in an upright orientation.
Container Alignment: Side gripping belts or guides ensure precise positioning for accurate label application.
Label Application: Two label dispensing heads (for front and back) apply labels simultaneously as the container passes through.
Pressing Station: Rollers or brushes press the labels onto the surface to ensure bubble-free adhesion.
Outfeed: Labeled containers are transferred to the next station, such as capping or packing.
