Working Principle

  • Container Feeding: Empty bottles are fed onto the linear conveyor system.
  • Synchronized Bottle Indexing: Bottles are precisely positioned under each filling nozzle.
  • Servo-Based Filling: Each servo-driven piston retracts to draw the desired volume and dispenses it into the container with pinpoint accuracy
  • Nozzle Control: Nozzles move vertically (optional) to reduce foam formation and match liquid properties.
  • Container Exit: Filled bottles move to the next station (capping or labeling) via the conveyor.

This advanced system ensures uniform, bubble-free filling, making it suitable for products with varying viscosities.
