Working Principle

The Bottle Unscrambler works on a centrifugal or air-lift mechanism (based on model) that collects randomly oriented bottles from a bulk hopper. These bottles are gently guided into a rotating disc or orientation chamber, where they are aligned upright using mechanical guides, air jets, or a combination of both.

Once properly oriented, the bottles are smoothly transferred onto the downstream conveyor system towards the filling machine. Sensors ensure that misaligned or fallen bottles are rejected or re-routed for correction.
