Working Principle

  • Bottle Infeed: Bottles are transferred via conveyor to the operating station using a star wheel or indexing system.
  • Cap / Bung Feeding: Caps and bungs are automatically oriented and fed via separate feeding systems (bowl or elevator).
  • Screw Capping Operation: The servo or clutch-based capping head picks the cap and tightens it onto the bottle with precise torque control.
  • Bung Pressing Operation: For containers requiring plugs or bungs, a pneumatic or servo press pushes the bung securely into place.
  • Outfeed: The sealed bottles are smoothly transferred to the next station, such as labeling or packing.
