Working Principle

The Liquid Manufacturing Plant operates on a closed-loop system that minimizes manual handling and ensures batch-to-batch consistency. The process begins with dissolving sugar or base ingredients in the Sugar Syrup Vessel under controlled heating. The dissolved syrup is transferred to the Manufacturing Vessel, where active ingredients, flavors, colors, and preservatives are added and homogenized.

An inline homogenizer ensures a uniform and stable mixture. The solution is passed through a filtration system to eliminate particles or undissolved residues. The final filtered product is collected in the Storage Vessel, ready for transfer to filling and packing lines.

Vacuum systems ensure that powders are transferred dust-free, while temperature control helps preserve the integrity of sensitive ingredients.
