Working Principle

The servo piston filler uses positive displacement principles to draw the desired volume of product into a cylinder and dispense it through nozzles into the containers. The movement of the piston is precisely controlled by servo motors, ensuring consistent fill volumes and a smooth flow. The system is programmable via the HMI for quick changes in filling volumes, speeds, and product types.
