Working Principle

  • Bottle Feeding: Bottles are aligned and fed onto the moving conveyor.
  • Label Detection: Label sensor detects the presence of a bottle and dispenses the label.
  • Label Application: The label is applied around the bottle using a combination of rollers and guides.
  • Pressing Station: A sponge or rubber pressing belt ensures firm label adhesion.
  • Discharge: Labeled bottles move forward to the next station like inspection or packing.
